Top SchoolMaxwell Struever is a Principal Engineer with 11+ years of experience, currently seconded to BCG Henderson Institute to apply GenAI and LLM research to tech and business problems. He designs and leads end-to-end cloud and data platforms—recently architecting Azure big-data stacks using Databricks, Synapse, and ADF—and ships full-stack web systems with React/Vue and GraphQL/Node/Apollo (and occasional .NET core). His background includes deep domain work on OSIsoft PI historian systems, giving him rare expertise in industrial real-time data alongside modern AI and cloud tooling. Comfortable as an individual contributor or case lead, he thrives on varied, client-facing engagements and building tooling that makes work measurably faster and simpler. Off-hours he sustains dozens of side projects and domains, solves a Rubik’s cube in about two minutes, and was once named to the Dutch national lacrosse team—evidence of curiosity, persistence, and team play.
