Top SchoolMayank Dutta is a software engineer with 8 years of experience building performant full-stack web applications, currently at Brevo after impactful frontend work at American Express. He specializes in React, Node.js and modern frontend tooling, having driven major performance and build optimizations (cutting renders, redundant API calls and CI/CD times dramatically) and migrated complex legacy Webpack setups to ESM. A strong data and backend thinker from his Big Data work with Cassandra, Spark and Kafka, he pairs that with hands-on UI/UX improvements and test-driven development to deliver reliable user experiences. He also mentors and teaches—improving student outcomes as an instructor—and contributes to open-source projects like lunarvim and usaco.guide, reflecting a passion for community and continuous learning. Notably, he combines competitive programming proficiency (LeetCode Knight badge, CodeChef 4★) with practical engineering delivery, making him equally comfortable with algorithms and production systems.
