Top SchoolMayank Jaiswal is a Director of Engineering with a decade of experience building high-throughput microservices, real-time data pipelines, and AdTech platforms for India’s leading consumer tech companies like Nykaa and Saavn. He combines hands-on system design and software architecture expertise with ROI-driven team leadership, having built search, pricing, inventory, and clickstream systems from scratch and led realtime ML-enabled data products. Known for tackling scale, latency, and distributed systems challenges, he also publishes thoughtful pieces on search and microservices and has a research-hardened background from IIT Kharagpur. Mayank’s career blends product-focused engineering with infrastructure pragmatism—he often ships both core abstractions and the pipelines that power data products.
