Top SchoolMaycon Rodrigues is a Brazilian technology leader and Web3 builder with 9 years of experience transitioning from SaaS and integrations at VTEX to co-founding and architecting blockchain payment infrastructure at ChatPay Go Labs. As CTO and former Tech Lead he designs scalable, secure Stellar-based systems, smart contracts, and cross-border DeFi flows while driving product strategy and open-source contributions to the ecosystem. Now serving as Brazilian Ambassador for the Stellar Development Foundation, he combines hands-on Solidity, Foundry, Rust and Stellar SDK development with practical Web2–Web3 integrations using Next.js, NestJS and React Native. Naturally curious and detail-oriented, he enjoys prototyping emergent decentralization patterns and understanding systems beneath the surface—skills forged across support, integration, and platform engineering roles.
