Top SchoolMayur Pipaliya is a seasoned engineering leader and product innovator with nearly two decades of experience building petabyte-scale data products, secure low-level systems, and scaling teams from ground-up to 150 engineers. Currently focused on identity and trusted computing at Teleport, he combines hands-on technical depth—kernel-level security, platform reliability, and R&D that yields patents—with a track record of turning products into multi-billion-dollar revenue engines. He founded and ran Splunk’s global Forward Deployed Software Engineering “SWAT” unit, built cross-continental follow-the-sun teams, and led developer platforms, AI/ML tooling, and open-source engagements. A servant leader and talent builder, he thrives in VUCA environments by balancing strategic vision with 0-to-1 and 1-to-N execution, and he mentors startups and investors through VC and accelerator roles. Unusually, his background spans both reverse-engineering and cryptography training alongside executive product leadership, giving him a rare blend of offensive security intuition and market-driven strategy.
