Top SchoolMd Sohail is a Senior Software Engineer with 8 years of experience building FinTech and EdTech platforms that prioritize reliability and speed. He has taken products from blank repos to production—most notably shipping the Brritto MVP with a NestJS + MongoDB backend on AWS—and has improved payment reliability by converting synchronous settlement flows into resilient asynchronous schedulers. Comfortable across TypeScript/NestJS, Java/Spring Boot, MongoDB/DynamoDB, Redis, and AWS, he also guides teams to integrate LLM features into legacy JavaScript stacks quickly. A metrics-first engineer and mentor, he pairs pragmatic architecture with clean code reviews to lift team delivery. Based in Dhaka, he often prototypes solutions end-to-end, from POCs to production, reducing release friction and operational incidents.
