Top SchoolMeagan Butters is a Developer II at Petal with eight years of experience blending visual design instincts and full-stack web development to build polished, user-focused products. Trained in Computation Arts (B.F.A.) from Concordia and upskilled at Le Wagon in web development, she pairs strong front-end sensibilities with back-end Rails expertise (Rspec, Sidekiq, ElasticSearch, MySQL) to bridge design and engineering. Comfortable across Angular and Jest on the client side and Redis, Docker, and CI tooling in production, she brings an eye for detail from her graphic design background that improves UX and implementation fidelity. Based in Montreal, she’s particularly adept at translating creative requirements into testable, maintainable code and thrives in agile, cross-functional teams.
