Top SchoolMeaghan Fitzgerald is a product and go-to-market leader who builds teams and revenue-driving products at the intersection of AI, gaming, and immersive platforms. Currently directing AI product management for Horizon at Meta, she drives scalable, AI-powered creation tools for game worlds, avatars, and NPCs while previously leading product marketing for Oculus and Minecraft-scale experiences. With an MBA from Harvard and a background founding and exiting startups, she blends startup scrappiness with enterprise-scale execution across product, marketing, ops and analytics. Recognized as a SheSays Woman of the Year finalist and Drum 30 Under 30, she’s equally fluent in developer and creator needs—an uncommon blend that informs her work shipping platform features that genuinely boost creator monetization and engagement. As a venture partner and advisor, she also scouts early-stage bets and mentors founders, bringing practical playbook for growth to nascent teams. Based in Seattle, she pairs strong product instincts with hands-on operational rigor to turn experimental XR and AI ideas into mainstream experiences.
