Top SchoolMegan Nissel is a software engineer with a decade of experience designing and maintaining full-stack website infrastructure, specializing in Python backends, CI/CD, and front-end integrations. She has led complex migrations and workflow overhauls—most notably migrating a production Fellowship platform from Python 2.7 to 3.9 and building new GAE apps to replace third-party tooling—while also running Jenkins pipelines and Dockerized services. Comfortable across HTML/CSS/JS/PHP and CMS platforms, she pairs developer work with hands-on SEO and content management to align technical solutions with marketing goals. Currently at Natural Capital Alliance after building robust testing suites and WordPress features for Pragmatic Institute, Megan brings a rare blend of operational rigor and product-focused engineering informed by years managing large cohort-based programs.
