Top SchoolMegumi Tanaka is a New York–based design engineer with nine years of experience blending product design and front-end development to ship cohesive, brand-driven web systems. Originally from Cupertino, she moved from UX and product roles at startups and fintech platforms into specializing in product identity, design language systems, and cross-surface brand execution. She runs Studio megumi.co, delivering high-quality web builds quickly while teaching technical design skills—Liquid, CSS, and Figma—to e-commerce practitioners and students. Her background spans hands-on component library work, A/B testing and analytics, and early web craftsmanship dating back to running tutorial sites and building custom themes in the 2000s, which informs her pragmatic, systems-focused approach.
