Top SchoolMel Harbour is a senior software development manager with 11 years of leadership experience, currently heading Schedule and Schedule AI teams within AVEVA's Unified Supply Chain. He blends hands-on cloud engineering (Azure App Service, Cosmos DB, AWS Lambda/DynamoDB) and Infrastructure as Code with people management and cross-functional coordination. His career spans internal systems transformation and product delivery at Redgate and AVEVA, including migrating monolithic internal tools to decentralized SaaS ecosystems. Comfortable toggling between technical design and managerial strategy, he has repeatedly stepped into acting-head roles and rapid-response leadership when teams needed continuity. Based in South Cambridgeshire and with a BA in Mathematics from Cambridge, he pairs analytical rigor with practical delivery. Colleagues might know him as a pragmatic engineer-manager and, per his GitHub bio, the “Chief Timekeeper for WEHoRR,” hinting at a knack for operational rhythm and community involvement.
