Top SchoolMelech Mizrachi is a software architect and backend systems engineer with 15+ years building large-scale platforms and driving cross-team architecture at companies like CBS and Vimeo. He designs systems from first principles, having built two frameworks from scratch—a custom JavaScript framework and Valkyrja, an open-source PHP 8.4+ framework that implements HTTP/CLI pipelines, DI, eventing, and lifecycle management for high RPS with zero-overhead abstractions. Melech combines deep technical execution with organizational breadth, serving as liaison across offices, leading multiple greenfield initiatives, and modernizing monorepos at scale. He has measurable impact on developer productivity—leading migrations and tooling that cut test, static analysis, and lint times by large margins. A long-running freelancer and creator, he’s expanding Valkyrja into a multi-language ecosystem (Java, Go, Python) while seeking principal- or staff-level roles where systems thinking and cross-functional leadership move the needle. Based in Scottsdale, AZ, he pairs hands-on engineering with mentorship and end-to-end technical delivery.
