Senior🎓
Top SchoolMelissa Hansen is a Co-Founder and Principal Architect who has spent over a decade designing sustainable, custom Salesforce applications with a microservice mindset for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. As a Salesforce Platform Developer-certified MVP, she translates organizational goals into scalable, maintainable systems while favoring well-designed APIs and clean code. At HiFi Consulting Group she leads architecture and delivery, and she also drives curriculum innovation at RAD Women Code, where she built a package that turns non-coders into Apex developers in ten weeks. Her background spans senior developer and data roles dating back to 2008, giving her deep domain knowledge in nonprofit operations and fundraising systems. Based in Portland, she pairs technical leadership with community-building—co-leading the local Developer User Group and mentoring the next generation of platform engineers. Despite a Political Science and Gender Studies BA, she’s become a pragmatic technologist who blends product empathy with disciplined engineering.
