Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMerlas Paul is a Full Stack Web Developer and serial founder with 7+ years of hands-on experience building web platforms, APIs and integrations from Romania’s Maramureş region. He combines 15 years of PHP, SQL, HTML/CSS expertise with a decade of JavaScript work to deliver end-to-end solutions using CodeIgniter, Laravel, Node.js and responsive front-ends. As CEO of NativityWeb he led product development, API ecosystems (OAuth, REST, SOAP) and integrations with major services like Google, Facebook, PayPal and MailChimp while handling hosting, email systems and security best practices. Comfortable in Linux-driven production environments, he also brings C/C++ and Arduino experience for hardware-adjacent projects and strong competence in code optimization, refactoring and legacy migrations. Currently contributing at Rocoders, he blends entrepreneurial leadership with day-to-day engineering, often solving integration and scaling challenges that blur product and infrastructure boundaries. Collected in a master’s in software engineering, his profile reveals a pragmatic builder who prefers shipping secure, maintainable systems over architectural dogma.
