Top SchoolMeyric Rawlings is a Lead Rails Developer based in London with 12 years of professional experience building user-centred web products and digital brands. A strong advocate for user experience and data-driven decisions, he combines front-end design sensibilities with deep Rails engineering to help organisations deliver engaging, content-rich services. Meyric has led technical teams at dxw and now Metropolitan Thames Valley while running a long-standing freelance practice since 2005, demonstrating both hands-on implementation and client-facing delivery. His background includes technology leadership roles in agency environments and early work launching Apple Retail in Europe, which shaped his focus on exceptional customer interactions. Known for being obsessive about content and fuelled by ideas (and caffeine), he brings a pragmatic mix of research, design and development to shape how products communicate with connected consumers.
