Top SchoolMicaela Reyes is a program-focused technologist with 12 years of experience who blends hands-on software engineering with program design, operations, and community building to turn greenfield ideas into sustainable initiatives. Currently coordinating Digital Public Infrastructure programs at Ateneo TRL, she translates strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, budgets, and cross-sector partnerships for identity, payments, and data exchange work in the Philippines. A co-founder of PythonPH and CodeHappy, she’s skilled at building volunteer-run governance, sponsorship pipelines, and practical training that close skills gaps and scale events like PyCon PH and regional conferences. Her background as a Python/AWS backend developer and trainer informs a pragmatic, data-driven approach to decision-making and delivery under resource constraints.
