Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMichael Allar is a founder and senior game/engineer with 11 years of experience delivering end-to-end Unreal Engine solutions, from concept and asset creation to high-performance networking and distribution. He has led engineering and devops across startups and studios—building bespoke low-latency multiplayer platforms, CI/CD and Kubernetes-driven backends, and mission-critical build systems for console shipping. Michael’s strengths blend deep UE4 specialization with backend architecture: he’s implemented cost-efficient, globally distributable real-time networking and automation that scaled to thousands of concurrent users. He mentors teams on performance and code cohesion and routinely steps into tight “unreal jams” to rescue builds and Perforce infrastructures. Based in Los Angeles, he pairs hands-on maker instincts (he welds battle robots for fun) with a culture-change mindset—“changing the culture, one codebase at a time.”
