Top SchoolMichael Ananev is a Lead Frontend Developer with 10 years of experience building responsive, high-performance web and mobile interfaces from New Zealand. He specializes in TypeScript, React (and ecosystems like Next.js, Redux, Zustand), complex client-side business logic, and crafting scalable front-end architectures used across fintech, subscription apps, and analytics dashboards. As a hands-on lead he has repeatedly taken projects from concept to production—delivering custom charts, real-time features, and sophisticated client-side calculations—and has a track record of extreme delivery speed and autonomy. He has grown teams, run interviews, created an internship program, and mentored juniors while maintaining deep craft in implementation and refactoring. Outside work he produces technical content on YouTube and maintains a portfolio of projects and open-source code, reflecting a practice-oriented approach to learning and sharing.
