Top SchoolMichael Anderjaska is a pragmatic software engineer and founder with a decade of experience building full-stack products and engineering organizations for startups from pre-seed to Series E. Currently at LaunchDarkly after running Audacia Labs, he combines hands-on development (React, TypeScript, Go, Postgres, Kubernetes) with customer-facing solution engineering that has helped close 5–7 figure deals. He’s launched and merged side projects, led integrations with physical devices (Nest, Ecobee) and access control systems for enterprise customers, and has experience reducing cloud costs through infra improvements. Comfortable switching between coding, hiring, and sales-support roles, Michael excels at shipping MVPs quickly while shaping remote-first, ship-fast cultures. Based in San Francisco, he brings entrepreneurial grit, a background in teaching systems concepts, and a surfer’s patience for iterative problem solving.
