Top SchoolMichael Andersen is a pragmatic Technical Lead with 11 years of professional experience who excels at turning distressed enterprise software engagements into dependable, production-ready systems. Self-taught from a Macintosh in a closet to architecting large-scale CRM deployments, he combines methodical problem analysis, hands-on coding in JavaScript/Python/TypeScript, and clear executive communication—often operating as a de facto Solution Architect. At SugarCRM he owned the highest-value accounts, rescued at-risk customers, and led the rollout of an 80K-seat deployment; more recently he built autonomous, agentic AI workflows and a domain-specific RAG chatbot that streamline sales outreach and developer productivity. He thrives on hard technical rescue missions where honest diagnosis, practical plans, and incremental delivery restore trust. Based in San Jose, he’s particularly excited about applying LLMs and agentic tooling to automate specification-driven development and reduce manual overhead.
