Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichael Beerman is a seasoned Microsoft cloud leader and CTO with a decade-plus career helping public sector and enterprise clients define and execute cloud strategies across Azure, Office 365, SharePoint and Teams. He moves fluently between CxO advisory and hands-on architecture, using the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework to align IT roadmaps with organisational vision and drive measurable adoption. As head of Microsoft Cloud for Benelux and Director Technology Solutions at major consultancies, he’s built and led high-performing architect teams while managing strategic partner relationships with Microsoft. Known for blending technical depth in automation and DevOps with practical business acumen, he often initiates engagements that translate executive-level goals into actionable cloud programs. Unusually, his background spans both deep platform engineering and early-stage product work (he founded a curated events startup), giving him both delivery discipline and entrepreneurial perspective. Based in Almere, he focuses on public sector impact across the Netherlands while coaching teams to craft pragmatic, scalable cloud solutions.
