Top SchoolMichael Blinn is an operationally-focused fractional C-suite leader with 13+ years of experience turning founder-led, mission-driven organizations into process-led, scalable enterprises. He combines deep IT and finance chops—built on decades of hands-on systems work and an MBA in Executive Leadership—to drive financial turn-ups, automate workflows, and implement enterprise-grade tech stacks that reveal project-level profitability. As COO and VP of Operations he delivered double-digit margin improvements, transitioned organizations from checkbook accounting to accrual-based controls, and engineered end-to-end "Lead to Closeout" lifecycles that eliminated bottlenecks. He’s equally fluent in risk and compliance, having negotiated down regulatory exposure and authored HIPAA-compliant systems and enterprise policies across multi-site operations. Now leading R. Mason & Co., he helps mid-sized businesses convert visionary goals into repeatable milestones and measurable returns. Notably, his background spans founding tech services and nonprofit platforms, reflecting a rare mix of entrepreneurial grit and disciplined enterprise delivery.
