Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichael Bondi is a senior engineering leader with nearly 20 years of software experience and a decade-plus track record managing teams that ship IoT-backed property management and self-guided tour products at SmartRent. Promoted from engineering manager to Director and now Senior Director, he leads engineering managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused platforms and internal tooling. He brings deep hands-on JavaScript expertise while remaining polyglot across stacks, having previously built a nationwide MLS-integrated CRM and website platform at Elm Street Technology. Based in Shrewsbury, MA, he prioritizes collaboration, continuous learning, and building cultures of trust that scale with product complexity. Not obviously stated in titles: he combines strategic leadership with frequent technical involvement in product-level integrations, making him a leader who still ships code and designs systems.
