Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichael Burney is a senior ServiceNow developer with 13+ years in IT and over seven years delivering ServiceNow solutions for FedRAMP, federal, and commercial clients, currently contracting from Austin, Texas. He combines hands-on development and architecture with five years of people management, having led and mentored teams of 4–8 developers while owning technical delivery and client-facing demos. Experienced across the full ServiceNow stack—service portal, catalogs, workflows, integrations and SSO/LDAP—he’s comfortable in high-compliance environments and holds public trust with ability to obtain Secret clearance. Trained in networking (Associate’s in Cisco) and full-stack LAMP bootcamp, he brings both infrastructure-rooted troubleshooting and application-level craftsmanship. Colleagues appreciate that he pairs pragmatic delivery with a dry sense of humor—his GitHub bio hints at a playful take on JavaScript—making him effective and approachable on agile teams.
