Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichael Collins is a seasoned software leader and product architect with a 30+ year career building cross-platform products and leading delivery teams across cloud, mobile, and integration domains. Currently a Director at PwC after senior leadership at Neudesic, he blends hands-on full-stack engineering (C#, Java, C++, JavaScript, Swift, Go) with extensive experience in messaging, enterprise integration, and production troubleshooting via memory dump analysis. He has modernized and scaled middleware products like Neuron ESB for cloud deployment, led regional practices that grew teams and revenue, and still enjoys shipping mobile apps that live in public app stores. A frequent local speaker and community mentor in the Phoenix area, he pairs technical depth with people development—recruiting, mentoring, and evangelizing Azure and cloud patterns. Outside work he’s a devoted family man and home baker who unexpectedly bridges deep systems work with a taste for public speaking and community-building.
