Summary
🤩
RockstarMichael Critz is a Sr. Design Technologist with 13 years of experience blending product design, iOS/macOS engineering in Swift, and production-quality UX for major consumer platforms. Currently at Amazon after leading design technology efforts at PlayStation, he brings a rare mix of creative motion-graphics roots (Emmy-winning background) and deep technical fluency in server-side Swift and native app development. His career began in broadcast and agency roles, evolved through founding a creative studio, and now focuses on shipping polished, design-driven features at scale. Based in San Francisco, he balances big-product experience with hands-on coding, prototyping, and a knack for turning visual storytelling into performant interfaces. An offbeat credential: he claims mastery of the world’s best PB&J, hinting at a playful, people-friendly approach to collaboration.
