Top SchoolMichael Cutler is a Fractional CTO and seasoned technology leader with 15 years of experience applying AI, Web3, and cloud architectures to launch high-impact ventures and products. Based in Singapore, he advises and invests in startups across Web3, AI, and ESG, and currently drives innovation at SC Ventures while lecturing on fintech and data at SMU. He has a track record of turning blockchain and data science proofs-of-concept into revenue-generating SaaS products, including tokenised carbon solutions and loyalty platforms that delivered multimillion-dollar returns. Previously he led KPMG’s Digital Village, built scalable cloud and big-data platforms for governments and media, and took a climate-tech product through an ICO. Known for bridging technical depth with commercial outcomes, he combines hands-on engineering, fundraising acceleration, and ecosystem partnerships with major cloud and enterprise vendors. An interesting quirk: his career runs from embedded set-top-box encryption work through cutting-edge quantum and generative AI initiatives, showing a rare continuity across decades of tech evolution.
