Top SchoolMichael Dexter is a seasoned water industry delivery leader with over a decade of hands-on experience spanning four consecutive AMP cycles, rising from site engineer to Head of Delivery for Major Infrastructure. He has led complex alliance-based programmes for Anglian Water and DCWW, delivering pioneering transitional projects like Cambridge STW and the £31M Bryn Cowlyd WTW using BIM and industrialised construction. Known for influencing pre-construction design through to site assembly, he routinely coordinates multiple partner organisations to drive efficiency, cost reduction and carbon savings. A practical champion of BIM and off-site techniques, Michael combines technical civil engineering grounding from Nottingham Trent with strong people and programme management skills.
