Top SchoolMichael Donovan is an engineer-turned-product leader with 10+ years of experience building enterprise applications and leading product teams to ship production-ready software for large customers. Currently VP of Product Share at Docker after senior product leadership roles at Sauce Labs and Aquicore, he combines hands-on engineering with strategic product management to prioritize measurable business outcomes. His background spans full-stack development, test automation, and running product organizations that bridge engineering and operations, reflecting a bias toward delivering working code rather than just roadmaps. Michael holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins and began his career building research-grade web experiments and tooling at universities and NASA, giving him a deep appreciation for reliable metrics and experimentation. He’s also tinkered with audio projects on GitHub, hinting at a practical maker mindset beyond enterprise software. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic, delivery-focused, and adept at turning complex technical requirements into shipped solutions.
