Top SchoolMichael Ducharm is a Principal Software Engineer based in Cambridge, MA with 10 years of experience building full‑stack web applications and automation systems across startups and mid‑market enterprises. He’s comfortable across the stack—React frontends, .NET 6 services, Kafka/Azure Event Hubs, and Kubernetes—and has a track record of improving code quality, refactoring legacy patterns, and shipping reliable integrations with Twilio, Mailgun, and other platforms. A strong team player and mentor, he routinely leads system design discussions, runs tech talks, and has been one of his teams’ most active GitHub contributors.
