Michael Dürgner is a seasoned engineering leader and founder with 13+ years of experience building and scaling product-focused teams and backend systems across startups and large tech firms. Currently Head of Engineering at GROPYUS and a long-time Zalando tech lead, he has led hub launches in Lisbon and Helsinki and driven integrations between external partners and large retail platforms. He combines hands-on Java/Javascript architecture and delivery experience with entrepreneurial instincts from founding and exiting TheAmazeApp to Zalando.
