Top SchoolMichael Erb is a data analyst with nine years of analytics experience and a background in computer science and entrepreneurship, currently turning complex datasets into actionable reporting and AI-driven tools at Rocket. He blends hands-on analytics—statistical modeling, forecasting, and scalable reporting—with a long track record of building and operating a successful bike business, where he managed manufacturing, product launches, and built a custom CMS and SQL-backed systems. Michael trains and mentors teams through workshops and platform advocacy, helping non-technical stakeholders adopt data-informed decision-making. Comfortable across the stack, he pairs practical engineering skills from early software work at Lockheed Martin with modern data science training from Flatiron School. Unusually, he brings deep operational experience—having overseen production of over 10K frames and launched a 6.6K-unit product line—that informs realistic, impact-focused analytics.
