Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichael Erb is an Information Technology Manager with over 20 years of cybersecurity and IT operations experience, blending Air Force leadership with hands-on OT and enterprise IT work. He has led teams of up to 200 personnel and managed large-scale projects—Windows migrations, WiFi and secure enclave upgrades, and network modernization—for bases and commercial refinery OT environments. At Marathon Petroleum and Synergy Consulting he applies military-grade discipline to industrial networks, vulnerability mitigation, and day-to-day service delivery. Comfortable across desktop support, servers, network infrastructure, and policy, he pairs technical depth with program-level oversight and stakeholder coordination. Based in Orrville, Ohio, he also brings a wry developer sensibility—"enjoys long walks on the beach thinking about software"—that reflects both curiosity and a pragmatic approach to systems engineering.
