Top SchoolMichael Fasani is a Frontend Technical Lead and manager based in Zurich with over two decades of web experience and 12 years in senior frontend leadership roles. He specializes in modern JavaScript ecosystems—React, TypeScript migrations, monorepos and component-driven design—while also exploring Rust and WebXR for cutting-edge front-end work. Michael has a strong track record of shaping teams and delivery: splitting engineering groups into autonomous squads, introducing CI/CD, testing strategies and a unified frontend stack across multiple products. His background includes building complex data visualizations with D3 and Highcharts, performance-driven single-page apps, and guiding product managers to write better requirements. Equally comfortable shipping greenfield React applications and untangling brownfield Angular codebases, he focuses on removing blockers so teams can deliver at pace. An early webmaster since 1999, he brings a practical, long-term perspective on evolving web standards and developer workflows.
