Top SchoolMichael Fisher is a Lead Engineer specialising in Salesforce platform architecture and DevOps with over a decade of experience modernising large enterprise orgs. He designs and delivers tooling, CI/CD pipelines, unlocked package strategies and self-service developer experiences using a broad stack from Apex, LWC and Salesforce CLI plugins to TypeScript, Node, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms. At Macquarie he focuses on breaking monolithic orgs into modular packages and automating developer workflows to reduce friction between product teams and operations. His background spans government cyber projects, large financial institutions and security-conscious environments, giving him a pragmatic lens on compliance, reliability and automation. Colleagues know him for solving thorny integration problems and for a playful engineering mindset that aims to "tickle the qwerty" while creating fewer problems than he fixes.
