Top SchoolMichael Forde is a Brussels-based policy and office lead with eight years’ experience blending political strategy, stakeholder engagement, and technical insight across the European Parliament and pan‑European organisations. As Head of Office and Policy Advisor to MEP Cynthia Ní Mhurchú he directs legislative negotiations, EU stakeholder relations and cross-office coordination while drawing on prior corporate engagement work at the ALDE Party. He began his career in the space sector—co-founding a startup and managing R&D liaison roles—giving him a rare ability to translate complex technological innovation for policymakers and commercial partners. Comfortable moving between technical and political audiences, he combines hands-on commercialisation experience with academic training in international public policy and diplomacy. Colleagues value his knack for aligning long-term strategic priorities with pragmatic, stakeholder-focused delivery.
