Summary

Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMichael Haberman is a seasoned CTO and technical entrepreneur with 11 years of experience building developer-focused SaaS and observability products. He co-founded Aspecto, led engineering, product, and design through acquisition by SmartBear, and later served as Senior Architect working across observability suites like BugSnag. Known for turning complex distributed systems into simple, usable tools, he has scaled platforms serving hundreds of millions of users, migrated monoliths to resilient microservices, and cut operational costs while improving deployment velocity. An active educator and community builder, he created a popular Udemy OpenTelemetry course with 5K+ students and content exceeding 100K views, and now leads a stealth startup from Israel as CTO. Less obvious: he pairs deep hands-on architecture skills with public-facing developer advocacy, making him equally effective in code reviews, platform design, and conference stages.
