Top SchoolMichael Hollander is a product leader and former full-stack engineer with 11 years of experience building and scaling developer-focused SaaS products across startups and enterprise settings. Currently Director of Product at ScyllaDB, he combines deep technical fluency—from databases and APIs to IDE integrations—with a track record of shipping native integrations and freemium developer experiences that drive adoption and retention. He has repeatedly served as the first PM at fast-growing teams (Swimm, WhiteSource), owning end-to-end roadmaps, recruiting product teams, and defining data-driven go-to-market metrics. His background as a founder and hands-on developer gives him an uncommon ability to translate customer journeys into executable architectures and measurable business outcomes. Based in Tel Aviv, he pairs entrepreneurial grit with experience delivering products that optimize for performance, developer velocity, and scalability.
