Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichael Hubbard is a Senior Network Engineer with nine years in hands-on network design and over two decades of broader IT leadership, delivering large-scale Cisco LAN/WAN and WLAN projects across the US and Europe. He combines practical field experience—from replacing core switches at 72 sites to deploying HA WLAN controllers for multi-site school districts—with security-focused engineering, including RADIUS/NPS, ACLs, and Layer 2 hardening. As a former IT director who managed global teams and integrations, he brings operational discipline and change-management rigor to complex rollouts. He invents practical test automation (iPerf, CentOS, Python) to guarantee RFP compliance and reduce deployment risk—an approach that even impressed TAC engineers. Based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, he’s equally comfortable mentoring junior engineers and creating repeatable tooling to scale deployments efficiently.
