Top SchoolMichael Hulet is a Senior iOS Engineer with 11 years of experience designing and shipping polished, secure, and accessible apps across Apple platforms. Based in The Hague, he consults and builds products from the ground up—ranging from a Fortune 500 sportsbook implemented in SwiftUI and Kotlin Multiplatform to a HealthKit-integrated medical journaling app that he internationalized end-to-end. He favors modern SwiftUI architectures (MVVM-C, reactive patterns) and pragmatic tooling like CocoaPods, Core Data, and custom WebSocket protocols to keep apps responsive and reliable. As a self-employed engineer and former lead at product-focused teams, he combines hands-on implementation with mentoring and process improvements, including test automation and transitions away from outsourced work. Colleagues rely on him to translate ambiguous requirements into secure, globally usable mobile experiences that “feel natural around the world.”
