Top SchoolMichael Iden is a pragmatic software engineer with a decade of industry experience and three years focused on building web applications with Spring Boot, Angular (1 & 2), and WebComponents in microservice architectures. He thrives on small agile teams, partnering closely with product and users to iterate on features driven by real feedback, and has experience acting as scrum master for multi-developer teams. His background spans backend systems, ETL and client-facing marketing platforms, plus hands-on support work that honed his ability to diagnose production issues and build tools that improve team efficiency. Based in Ann Arbor, he also brings a teaching mindset—having volunteered to introduce programming to elementary students—which surfaces in his emphasis on clear, maintainable solutions and practical developer tooling.
