Top SchoolMichael Kalygin is a hands-on software leader and co-founder with 13 years of experience building and shipping product-focused web platforms from MVP to revenue-generating production. Based in Dubai, he currently leads engineering at SK Intertainment while running Slaylines, where he has launched multiple MVPs including a $300k educational platform and geofencing tools for micromobility. He combines team leadership, performance-driven improvements (one fix cut page load times by 300%), and pragmatic engineering that favors maintainability over overengineering. Comfortable across the full stack and infrastructure automation, he mentors teams, drives reusable solutions and design systems, and prefers clear communication and measurable outcomes. An entrepreneur at heart, he seeks early-stage partnerships to shape product direction and deliver cost-effective, scalable solutions.
