Top SchoolMichael Krisher is a seasoned engineering leader with 17 years of experience building and scaling teams and systems, currently leading engineering at Grace Hill after guiding post-acquisition integration and platform work at Zyston and Blue Lava. He has a strong track record in data platforms and real-time data movement from senior roles at Nike and Recurly, and as a founding engineer at Kenna Security helped shape a product that led to acquisition. Known for driving operational excellence and repeatable delivery practices, he balances strategic roadmaps with hands-on contributions in Rust and WebAssembly alongside legacy Ruby systems. Based in Cincinnati, he combines a reader’s curiosity with a coder’s craft—equally comfortable mentoring teams as diving into code—and has repeatedly turned complex technical transitions into measurable business outcomes.
