Top SchoolMichael Landi is a Principal Software Engineer with 14 years of experience building cloud-native, scalable systems, currently focused on AWS Developer Tools, Amazon CodeCatalyst, and developer productivity for Amazon Q Developer. He has led architecture and engineering teams to transform legacy services into containerized, Kubernetes-based microservices and to scale IoT platforms handling millions of devices and messages per day. Michael combines hands-on systems design with delivery leadership, having influenced CI/CD platforms, centralized logging, and platform integration across IoT and life-safety domains. His background spans SaaS, enterprise integrations, and security-focused computer science training, giving him a pragmatic view of reliability and observability. Based in New York, he brings enterprise-grade rigor from Honeywell and Resideo into cloud developer tooling at AWS. A less obvious strength is his consistent track record of moving organizations toward cloud-native architectures while retaining operational discipline for high-volume, mission-critical services.
