Top SchoolMichael Larrubis is a Senior Software Engineer based in Cebu with nine years of hands-on experience building full-stack web applications using Kotlin, Node.js, React, Vue, and TypeScript. He currently architects microservices and mentors junior engineers at Sansan Global, having previously led frontend and backend efforts across startups and agencies where he implemented TDD, REST APIs, and production deployments on Docker and AWS/GCP. Comfortable across modern frameworks (Nuxt, Next, KTor) and databases (MySQL, Postgres, Redis), he blends product-facing UI work with backend service design to deliver reliable features end-to-end. Michael’s background in video editing and digital marketing gives him a practical edge in user-centered design and content-driven workflows that many engineers overlook. Known for mentoring teams and shipping maintainable code, he favors pragmatic solutions that scale without sacrificing developer productivity.
