Top SchoolMichael Leveton is an experienced iOS engineer and instructor based in Los Angeles with 14 years in software and seven years focused specifically on iOS development. He has led teams and major app refactors—most recently migrating a production app from UIKit to SwiftUI—and driven revenue-impacting features like In-App Purchases. As an educator he’s taught intensive Swift and Objective-C tracks for CS50 and professional training programs, blending hands-on mentorship with curriculum design. His background in philosophy and psychology and earlier work as a math and test-prep instructor inform a clear, pedagogical approach to engineering and code review. Currently on a family caregiving break, he continues to teach Swift intensives and consult on architecture, MVVM, and protocol-oriented design. Notably, he brings both product-minded thinking and practical release management experience across consumer and Pro mobile products.
