Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolMichael Manzo is a seasoned software executive and founder with over a decade of leadership experience building product-driven, boutique engineering organizations. As President and CEO of CodeStringers he combines hands-on product strategy, UX, and engineering oversight to deliver cloud, web, and mobile software at lower cost through a deliberate “upsourcing” model and a wholly-owned development subsidiary in Vietnam. His background spans product, marketing, and go-to-market roles at startups and public companies, bringing a rare blend of market insight and technical judgment to drive sustained high-performance teams. Known for cultivating strong product culture, he has repeatedly translated technology innovations into commercially successful offerings across startups and enterprise contexts. Based in California, he pairs pragmatic operational discipline with an emphasis on craftsmanship and long-term client partnerships. An uncommon detail: he deliberately keeps his firm boutique to preserve executive focus and deliver leadership-level involvement on client projects.
