Top SchoolMichael Markowski is a seasoned freelancer and founder with 17 years of hands-on experience building desktop, mobile and VR experiences that blur the line between humans and machines. He has led product and engineering teams as CEO of multiple startups and currently runs Artifacts, where he crafts 2D/3D and real-world software that favors longevity over hype. Equally comfortable in backend and frontend domains, he brings two decades of combined server- and client-side expertise and a pragmatic focus on profiling and performance tuning. Based in Hamburg, he excels at turning emerging technologies into useful, beautiful artifacts and consulting on system analysis and improvement. Notably, his work spans both virtual and physical interaction design, reflecting a rare cross-disciplinary practice that keeps him "still hungry" to learn and build.
