Top SchoolMichael Mcgirr is a results-driven Head of Operations & Finance with over a decade of experience scaling operations, service delivery, and commercial performance for HCM, FinTech and MarTech SaaS businesses across EMEA, APAC and North America. He combines hands-on operational leadership—from Cloud Ops and InfoSec to professional services—with strong commercial instincts for subscription revenue and profit optimisation. A visible people leader who prioritises diversity and retention, Michael has repeatedly transformed support and professional services functions into strategic growth engines. He runs his own consultancy while leading operations at ZiAAS, demonstrating an ability to advise and execute at both board and delivery levels. Unusually for an operator, he pairs deep technical training in information systems with front-line ITIL experience, which helps him bridge technical teams and commercial stakeholders effectively.
