Top SchoolMichael Mcroberts is an experienced estate manager with 11 years leading high-end residential and mixed-use properties, currently overseeing a prestigious Belgravia estate for Eight Asset Management. He combines operational rigour in planned preventative and reactive maintenance with budget discipline, client-facing excellence and IOSH Managing Safely accreditation. Previously he managed large portfolios and security contracts for landmark clients such as the Royal Opera House, Battersea Power Station and Barclays, and has run multi-million-pound estate budgets and teams. Outside property, he is a hands-on maker and author: technical author of Beginning Arduino and an active member of Medway Makers, bringing practical electronics, programming (Python, C/C++, JavaScript) and fabrication skills that inform creative problem-solving on estates. This blend of security, facilities management and technical tinkering gives him a pragmatic, systems-minded approach to estate resilience and service delivery.
